Items:

• Items in your inventory may re-sort themselves in a random order after selling or salvaging items at a vendor.
  

Combat:

• Evade does not always successfully avoid damage from charge attacks and melee attacks.
  

Monsters:

• The Skeleton King may not always play the appropriate animation when using his Whirlwind attack.
  

Multiplayer:

• Hardcore characters that are killed in single-system (local) co-op play are not notified that accepting their death will remove them from the party and the game.
  

Challenges:

• The “Not In Vain” challenge cannot be completed.
