I personally work in the IT industry and understand things break sometimes which is inevitable but the way you provide information to your customers is poor. If one of my customers has a major issue we give them frequent updates to let them know what is going on.

What this provides is customer satisfaction which may or may not have kept a percentage of your customers but because you don't do this it doesn't surprise me that you have lost many people.

All you need to do is give a brief description of the fault and the potential issue and some kind of ETA so we "your customers" know what's going on.

他说他在IT行业上班，类似的事情也会经常发生，几乎无可避免。但是，暴雪客服提供的信息太少，不能让玩家们感到满意，所以损失大把玩家也不稀奇。暴雪客服应该把问题原因做个简要说明，以及解决方式和进展情况

First i felt bad for not being able to play tonight, cause i wanted to get my monk finally to lvl 60.
But now that i watch all those losers totally flip out and rage like life has ended, i hope the servers go down more often in the future. I enjoy the fact that it pisses off so many wankers.
