战网能连上,验证也能通过不过要等好久,卡在英雄列表那里,难道只有我这种情况?

sorry for jumping in here this late. We are still looking into what is causing this issue. Unfortunately I don't have an ETA for when this can be resolved but the team is working hard at getting things back up and running again for you.

I personally work in the IT industry and understand things break sometimes which is inevitable but the way you provide information to your customers is poor. If one of my customers has a major issue we give them frequent updates to let them know what is going on.

What this provides is customer satisfaction which may or may not have kept a percentage of your customers but because you don't do this it doesn't surprise me that you have lost many people.

All you need to do is give a brief description of the fault and the potential issue and some kind of ETA so we "your customers" know what's going on.
